Popcorn Chez ("we," "us") respects the privacy of our staff and the people we work with. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it, including our text-message (SMS) program.
Information we collect
We collect contact information you provide to us directly — such as your name, phone number, and email address — for the purpose of scheduling and managing event work. We do not collect this information for advertising or resale.
Text messaging (SMS)
Popcorn Chez sends SMS text messages to team members who have opted in, relating to their work — including notifications that a shift is available to confirm, reminders to confirm assignments or update availability, and notices when an assignment changes.
Consent, frequency, and opt-out. You opt in to these messages when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive them. Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help.
How we protect your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number — with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties. Information is shared only with the service providers we use to operate our scheduling and messaging (for example, our messaging provider), solely to deliver these communications.
